On the 18th Jan’2013, while shopping at DFS Gallery at Scotts, I happen to got/recommend this shop of this namecard which is dealing with bags cleaning, repairs etc from the sale personnel of Burberry boutique.
Saw from the behind of the card, this company do have an authorised collection centre at Far East Plaza which at least I do shop there.
So decided to give it a try of the service here since is recommended by boutique.
Bought my burberry tote bag and coach sling bag down on 20th Jan’2013 to send for cleaning.
This shop is located at Far East Plaza, #02-104A owned by a woman who named Ruby.
She is someone who don’t have time management, always late even dropping by her shop to send for cleaning, I actually waited nearly coming to 2hours when she fix an appointment at 3pm, yet end up she came at nearly 5pm. @.@
Got a SMS from Rudy on 02 February’2013 mentioned my bags are ready for collection whether am I able to come down for collection the next day, which I can’t so re-arrange with her for collection on 04th February’2013 and she fix the timing after 6pm.
End up she SMS me again on 4th February telling me to change the date for collection instead, which I can’t so she remain the collection date on 4th February’2013 at 6pm after my unhappiness.
Not surprising, she is late again for more than 30 mins and give me all kind of stupid excuses for her lateness.
Guess what, I’m so mad so I called up “the Aesthestics” to make a complaint while waiting but to my shockness actually Rudy didn’t send my bags there for cleaning yet to another “so called” home based who named Mr. Yap.
Really make me so pissed, as felt cheated too cos she didn’t informed me at all about this issue and just quietly send to another “so called” home based for the cleaning instead yet have the guts to keep quiet and thought I don’t know.
Super disappointed as well as thought namecard is recommended from Burberry boutique yet never expected they would appointed this kind of shop as their authorised centre instead.
Moreover this Rudy can tell me craps and say that she send to Mr. Yap cos “the Aesthestics” is not able to do a good job instead yet when the collected Burberry tote bag is not really that clean at all which still have a few black spot of dirts and inner is like the same before cleaning.

Best part is when I insisted for receipt she keep giving excuses and trying not to give it to me till I tell her off.
This incident really make me felt so cheated yet I can’t imagine how she can cheat her customer in this way.
All readers, do take note and be careful with this dishonest dealer at Far East Plaza!
