Catch up with Lynn Ang for dinner and decided to settle at Putien (莆田) @ Jurong Point.

Since I do enjoys the first time so decided to go back to try more dishes but at other branch instead.

Is so yummy and fresh, even I not someone who like cockles~!

An extremely generous layer of garlic, very hot-chilli, and green onion was drizzled on the cockles.
Especially you mix with their Putien chilli, soooo good! Hees…

Normal shrimp rolls but taste crispy!

With fresh succulent prawns boiled with herbal soup in a bamboo container, this signature dish of Bamboo Herbal Prawn is both novel and light to the taste.
I enjoys every single drop of the soup! (^^.)

The broth was so rich, so tasty!
The texture of the noodles is so soft, smooth and tender.
I love these noodles!

This “Braised Salted Duck” is a cold dish.
But seem standard drop, like abit not fresh, meat not tender.
I still prefer the first time I tried.

I don’t really enjoys this dish of “pork ribs”, meat so tough totally not nice at all.

This “Tea Leaf Quail Eggs” is one of the dishes from their “Experience Spring” menu.
Braised in newly-harvested shoots of Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea.
It’s rich flavors linger and leave you wanting more.
