♥ On board MRT ♥Spotted this public toilet along the road with time limits~! Haha…Decided to have Nando’s for Sunday lunch, since this is the first time for Claudine & David to dine at Nando’s.

On our return trip, Konsortium coach became an Airiel coach with 30 seats instead, we had an uncomfortable ride back to Singapore from KL when coach was changed without prior notice.

The nightmare journey began from here.Once we reach Boon Lay Shopping Centre which nearly 10pm, we are so mad and walk over to Boon Lay / Korsortium office to make a complaint instead and below this is the reply from Mr. Robin who is the in-charge from Konsortium Services.

We would like to, first of all, apologise for the unpleasant encounter for your return trip of KL-SIN on 26/12/10 in that:

a. We did not provide a Konsortium Super VIP (SVIP) Coach with comfortable seating & gently behaved driver(s);
Instead we provide another coach named Airiel (JHD9112) coach, another SVIP coach, but with uncomfortable seating & also an ill-behaved Malay-Speaking-Only driver.

b. We did not instruct / arrange the coach driver to ferry the passengers to Golden Mile Tower (GMT) but to Boon Lay (BL) Shopping Centre.

c. The coach driver had failed to arrange for a stop-over at Yong Peng (YP) for dinner.

We would like to enlighten you that:
a. During peak travel period (like Year-End School Holidays), we would normally enlist some other agent partners in Malaysia, to source for reasonably good-conditioned SVIP coaches (of almost comparable standard to ours) to supplement our fleet of coaches due to seasonal/ sudden shortfall.

b. In this case, we did specify our requirements to Coach Operator of JHD9112 with a seating plan for passengers and also where (which Hotel) to pick up the respective passengers. Our specific requirements stated to the operator are:

– Final destination = GMT;

– A mandatory stop-over for meal (Late Lunch / Dinner) at Yong Peng (YP).

There appears that there is a breakdown in communication between the Coach Operator & the Coach Driver in that

(i) pax were not given a stop-over for meals at YP; &

(ii) pax were brought to BL & not GMT.

We once again apologise for the gross mishap & immerse inconvenience caused to you, and hereby offer a $20 worth of Travel Vouchers to each of the passengers onboard, as token of compensation, & reimburse your taxi-fare claim (against the presentation of taxi-fare receipts).

If you were me would you accept S$20 travel voucher and use back their services again?

As for me, this will be my first and would be my last time using their services~! Kao~!!! @..@
