While reading from my friend’s post, came across a bubble shop located at Bedok that has “pink pearls”.

Since I will be collecting my Armani Exchange sprees stuffs from Pasir Ris so same time drop by for a try.

♥♥ Thanks for always fulfill my craving whenever I want, never a “NO” will I get back as return from you. =)

Pearl Milk Tea is a sweetly flavored tea beverage invented in Taiwan.  Drink recipes may vary, but most bubble teas contain a tea base mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup) and/or milk. Ice blended versions of the drink are also available, usually in fruit flavors. Bubble teas usually contain small tapioca balls or pearls called “boba”. Pearls made of jelly are also available in many places. These teas are shaken to mix the ingredients, creating foam on the top of some varieties, hence the name.

~♥ Here it go for “Pink Pearls” bubble tea…

~♥ 水研社 Drink Tea ♥~~♥ Drinks Menu List ♥~

It comes in 3 different sizes of S, M and L.~♥ Selection of Sugar Level / Ice Level ♥~

It allows customers to select sugar and levels according to their preference.~♥ Colorful straws in individual wrapper ♥~Bought 2 types of the bubble teas, one with milk and one without cos thought trying both types.

  • Honey Green Tea (M) with Roselle Pearl – Half Sugar, Normal Ice
  • Strawberry Milk Tea (M) with Roselle Pearl – Half Sugar, Normal Ice

Roselle Bubble Tea’s pearls kind of attractive cos the “pink pearls” look which is something different.

Roselle plant extract, it’s free from coloring, has medicinal purposes, apparently TCM do uses it to reduce hypertension and treat urinary tract infection as well.

Among the 2 types, I wouldn’t give it a try again is the “Honey Green Tea” cos not sure why is the green tea taste bitterness or it’s meant to be that taste but it taste weird to have bitterness empowering the drink during the first sip with an aftertaste hint of sugar.

Honey Green Tea was kind of disappointing as I expected.

If you’re interested to give it a try as well, below is the address:

Not cheap hor, cost me S$3.50 for a medium.~♥ Taste refreshing~! (.^^)

Qの元気Essential also the same, allows customers to select sugar levels according to their preference.

I realized all bubble tea originated from Taiwan are more health concern cos all allows customers to choose the amount of sugar you want in your tea, start from the healthier choice of 0% sugar to 25%, medium ranges at 50% sugar and for sugar lovers have a choice of 75% sugar to 100% sugar.

~♥ Enjoys~! ♥~
