While at Bugis Kinokuniya, bump into Zhi Hui who is making her payment at the counter, she mentioned she is meeting Kit for dinner asking whether want to join them. Since that the case after I make my payment, pop over to “Nando’s” to looks for the ladies, after a while Sally also join us.

And there was a snaking queue; we waited about an hour or more to be seated.Nando’s is something new to me as this is my 1st time to this restaurant, is a casual dining restaurant from Portugal with a Portuguese/Mozambican theme from South African and this is the first outlet in Singapore on 9th May, 2010.

Founded in 1987, Bugis Junction outlet is one of the chains of 850 restaurants in 26 countries specializes in chicken dishes with either lemon herb, mild, hot or extra hot peri-peri marinades.♥ Peri-Peri Sauces on Each Table ♥There wasn’t much of an ambiance during peak hour like this. Plus it was so noisy and so hard to get the attention of the servers.

But I guess it’s understandable given that it was full house at that time.

Please also note that they don’t serve ice water as well. ;(

So funny name! Haha… 😛♥ 1/4 Chicken without Peri-Peri powder ♥♥ 1/4 Chicken with Peri-Peri powder ♥♥ 1/2 Chicken with Peri-Peri powder ♥The meal was sump­tu­ous and awe­some! I love their chicken.

Espe­cially the thigh meat, it’s bone­less and ten­der with juice! It’s soft and it’s nice! You will feel so at ease as every­thing tasted so fresh. Even the peri-peri sauces are nice, with a tinge of sour in them. I tried the “Hot” Peri-Peri and it’s nice.

Another good thing of the chicken is being prepared with most of the fat are removed.

It is a healthy and tasty meal.
